We focus on creating 75cm sized men’s clothes; the release of other sizes and women’s clothes has not yet been determined. Please refer to the individual product page for compatibility information for all officially tested compatible sizes.

GOLD LABEL : From sample design to production, the brand owner is in charge of everything. The number of sales is lower and the price is higher than the SILVER LABEL Line due to the use of various special materials and high-level manufacturing techniques (limited to 5 pieces or less on average) 

SILVER LABEL : The brand owner is in charge of the product design, sample development, and production inspection, and works with team members to create products (limited to 6 pieces or more on average).

金标(GOLD LABEL) : 品牌的创始人会全权负责样品的设计以及生产。使用了多种特殊材料和高难度制作方法，会比S系列销售数量会减小，价格会更高。(一般为5件以下)

银标(SILVER LABEL) : 品牌创始人会负责样品开发，生产检查，并会和团队合作进行商品的生产。销售数量平均为6件以上。

GOLD LABEL : 브랜드 오너가 샘플 디자인부터 생산까지 전부 담당합니다. 여러 특수 재료와 고난이도 제작 기법을 사용하여 S라인에 비해 판매 수량이 적고 가격이 높습니다(평균적으로 5벌 이하) 

SILVER LABEL : 브랜드 오너가 디자인과 샘플개발, 생산 검수를 담당하며, 팀원들과 협업하여 제품을 생산합니다. 판매 수량은 평균적으로 10벌 이상입니다.

On average, 1-2 types of costumes are scheduled to be released every 3-4 months, however this may vary depending on the difficulty and type of product being released.

All outfits are sold in limited quantities. Considering that limited materials are hard to source, the difficulty of production, quality maintenance, etc., we limit the maximum quantity of outfits. Generally, there are less than 5 GOLD LABEL outfits, and more than 10 SILVER LABEL outfits. The exact quantity of GOLD LABEL line products is disclosed when selling, but in the case of SILVER LABEL line products, the exact quantity may not always be disclosed.

The maximum purchasing quantity of each product is restricted to 1 per account. We do this so that we can give everyone a fair opportunity of purchase.  If it is discovered that someone has purchased multiple sets of products under multiple accounts for the purpose of reselling at a premium, the account holder may be subject to order cancellations and face disadvantages when further ordering in the future at our discretion.

Fundamentally all outfits will only have one round of sales, and if for any reason receives a second or more round of sales, we will notify in advance. Re-release of sold-out outfits is yet to be decided. As there is an abundance of regular material used but limited subsidiary materials, even if there is a re-release, it is likely that the design/material will change.

基本上所有的服装只会销售一次，如有例外分成两次销售的情况的话，会提前进行通知。销售结束的服装的重新上市还未确定。使用的材料的数量比较多，受限制的辅料也很多，日后就算重新推出设计/素材被替换的几率很高。

About lottery sales system and process / 抽奖销售制度指引 / 추첨 판매제와 추첨과정

General sales quantity: We draw randomly among purchasing applicants. 

Collaborative artist & supporting photographer sales quantity: We examine the portfolios of those collaborating and the filming plan (in case of photographers) and then select the final buyer through a B/S team meeting. The quantity varies depending on the types of clothes; it is less than 5 sets on average. The collaborative buyer list will not be released separately, we will notify the result only to those who have a confirmed order by e-mail.

+ Collaborative artists : We create products by collaborating with many artists. To repay them for their cooperation, we provide a priority purchase and discount for artists that wish to purchase clothing from the SILVER LABEL line (the detailed discount rate varies depending on the contribution level and will be notified separately to the artists that we have collaborated with during the product’s development process). The list of artists that have collaborated will be announced on the detailed page of the respective outfits and will be limited to people that have contributed during the development and production of the outfit’s concept. The collaboration fields are all the fields relating to arts in doll production including sculpture/face-up/hair/eyes/pictures etc. The sales quantity differs per design, and application for purchase is limited to one outfit set per person. If the quantity requested for purchase is greater than the quantity available for sale, the selection will be made through a raffle.

+ Supporting photographers : This is a system that we are currently in the process of implementing to support the work of photographers that like our costumes.  Currently, it is in the process of being trialed, and recruitment for this position is expected to be opened soon.

+ 摄影师支持者：是为了鼓励喜欢我们的服装的摄影师作品活动而筹备的制度。目前还在试运营中，计划着日后进行公开招募。

When purchasing a product, 1% of the product price, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to your account within 10 days of delivery. After accumulating points, they can be used at any time when placing an order and cannot be transferred to another account. Depending on the item, points may or may not be applicable, and products with point exceptions will be noted separately on the respective product detail page.

The announcement is posted the day after the order application period  closes, and the order e-mail is sent subsequently after.  For further information, check the “Order form” page on the top right menu.

Payment must be made within three days after the order confirmation e-mail has been sent to the winner(s).  The order is automatically cancelled if three days pass without payment.

It depends on the method the product is being sold by, but most of outfits will be via a lottery process.  In the case of winners, an order is marked as successfully completed if payment has been completed within 3 days.

의상 주문 방법

Payment with 2 installments is provided for SILVER LABEL line products while payment with 3 installments is provided for GOLD LABEL line products. If you choose to use installment payment (in the case of 2 installments), you will pay half the product price in a period of one month between each payment (therefore, a maximum of 2 payments within 2 months).  The shipping fee is charged on the first payment.  If you select installment payment during product purchase application, an e-mail detailing the payment instructions and requirements will be sent to you upon winning.  Further information will be detailed in the winners’ respective purchase e-mail.

SILVER LABEL系列商品最多可分2期，其余(GOLD LABEL)商品最多可分3期进行分期付款。在选择分期付款的话，会将商品金额的一般最多隔一个月分成2~3次进行支付，配送费会在第2次(GOLD LABEL=3次)结款时另行收取。请在填写下单申请时选择支付方式，我们将通过邮件向中签顾客发送相应的付款提示。具体信息请参考邮件正文。

An order is automatically cancelled if payment is not completed within three days after the order confirmation e-mail is sent. As production commences immediately after a successful order, it is not possible to cancel an order after payment has been completed in normal circumstances. However, if an order is cancelled due to an unavoidable situation, the following cancellation fees are applicable: 

Within 5 days of payment: No charge 

After 5 days: 30% of the product price

As production commences immediately after ordering, return/exchange of the product due to change of mind is not possible.  If there is an issue with the product, please contact us via the Q&A board within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product 15 days after receiving it to exchange or return the product.

Our company records the packaging process to confirm and provide evidence of all product components included. The product is sent via EMS or EMS premium or DHL express depending on the country of destination. The delivery fee is applied by measuring the weight or volume weight following the policy of the courier at the time of delivery.

Special synthetic fabric such as synthetic leather should be covered in paper or a similar material that has a high ventilation property and stored in the shade with low humidity. If fabrics that have been specially coated are stored in vinyl or other sealed material, the coating can exfoliate as the humid surface is not dried properly, resulting in a shorter lifespan of the material. The company provides packaging material that utilizes fabric and paper along with desiccant for clothing composed of synthetic leather. The clothing can be stored for a longer time in good condition if stored using the storage material provided in the package and periodically changing the desiccant.

一定要用纸或天然织物等通风性良好的从周围吸收水分的材料将人造革等特殊涂层织物包裹起来，存放在湿度较低的阴凉处。把特殊涂层处理过的面料装在塑料等用于密封的材料里保管时，在其含有湿气的表面上，无法稳定的干燥涂层会脱落，最终会导致面料的寿命大幅缩短。本公司对于使用了人造皮革的服装，会同时提供面料、纸质的包装材料和除湿剂。请使用套装里附带的包装纸来保管服装，并定期更换新的除湿剂，这样就可以长时间维持服装良好的状态。

A similar storage method to synthetic leather is required. The lifetime of natural leather is longer than synthetic leather, but an auxiliary device that can maintain the form/shape of the leather along with adequate humidity control is needed to maintain good condition for an extended period of time. Use the wooden frame that is included in the package so that the clothing is stored without being pressed down. If stored in a folded position with good ventilation, it is difficult to restore the clothing back to its original form once additional wrinkles or any deformity has occurred. In the case of contamination, wipe the stained area with dry towel or leather cleaner. If a chemical product is used, there is a risk of damage to the surface of the leather.

需要的管理基本上与人造皮革相似。天然皮革的寿命虽然比人造皮革长一些，但为了能长时间维持良好的状态，除了要做适当的湿度管理以外，还需要维持形态的辅助型装置。为避免服装或产品出现褶皱，请使用套装里附带的形态辅助纸来进行保管。在通风不好的地方，按特定的形态叠起来，长时间保管的话，商品上的褶皱或者变了形就很难恢复原来的状态。有污渍的时候，请使用干抹布等材质擦拭，或者使用皮革专用清洗剂。清洗时使用不适用于皮革的化学物品，皮革的表面会有所损伤。

기본적으로 인조가죽과 유사한 관리가 필요합니다. 천연가죽의 수명은 인조가죽 보다는 길지만, 장시간 좋은 상태를 유지하기 위해서는 적당한 습도 관리에 더해 형태 유지를 위한 보조 장치가 필요합니다. 상품 포장시에 동봉된 종이 심지를 이용하여 의상이 눌리지 않게 보관해 주세요. 통풍이 잘 되는 곳에서 특정한 형태로 접어 장시간 보관할 시, 제품에 생긴 주름이나 변형된 모양을 원상태로 복구하기가 어렵습니다. 오염이 생길 경우 마른 헝겊 등의 소재로 닦아 주시거나 가죽 전용 세정제를 사용해 주세요. 세정을 위해 가죽용이 아닌 화학 약품을 사용할 시, 가죽의 표면이 손상될 위험이 있습니다. 

There is a possibility of resin staining if dark clothing is worn on a doll for a prolonged period. Please refrain from wearing dark clothing on a doll for a long period of time, and refrain from storing dark and light clothing together for long durations. Our company designs products using materials with the lowest stain values as possible, but it is difficult to check for staining in a short period of time. Therefore, please be cautious when storing and wearing.

长时间穿着深色服装可能会导致玩偶染色。请避免长时间穿着，并且避免将深浅色服装长时间混合放置。虽然我们公司用的都是不易掉色布料做衣服，但往往很难在短时间内确认是否有掉色的情况，所以还请多加注意。

어두운 색의 의상을 인형에 장시간 착용할 시 이염의 위험이 있습니다. 장시간 착용을 피해주시고, 어두운 색과 밝은 색 의상을 겹쳐서 장시간 보관하지 않도록 주의해 주세요. 당사에서는 최대한 이염도가 적은 원단을 선정하여 의상을 제작하고 있지만, 이염 여부는 단기간에 확인하기 힘든 경우가 많습니다. 신중한 관리를 부탁드립니다.

Since the clothing of BLACK SATURN employs special materials not used in everyday clothing, there is a risk of damage or discolouration if washed. Damage done during a customer’s washing process is categorized as customer negligence and is consequently non-refundable/non-exchangeable; therefore, carefully handwash using neutral detergent for clothes on the dirtied area. In the case of natural leather, remove contamination with a dry towel.

BLACKSATURN的服装中，有很多都是使用不用于人穿的服装上的特殊材料，用机洗的话容易有破损，变色等危险。在清洗过程中的破损会按顾客的过失来分类，所以不可以退款/更换。请就在有污渍的部分上用中性洗涤剂小心用手清洗。天然皮质材质的情况的话，请最好用干燥的抹布擦去污渍。

BLACK SATURN의 의상에는 사람 의상에 사용하지 않는 특수 재료들을 많이 사용하므로, 기계세탁을 하게 되면 파손,변색 등의 위험이 있습니다. 세탁 과정에서의 파손은 고객 과실로 분류되어 환불/교환이 불가능하므로, 오염된 부분에 한해서만 의류용 중성세제를 이용하여 조심스럽게 손세탁을 해 주세요. 천연 가죽소재의 경우, 최대한 마른 걸레로 오염을 제거 해 주시기를 바랍니다.
